Regarding the dataset use right and submission

Hi, I am very interested for Kits23 competition and it was really well-organized! I know now it is too late for this competition since I just found it recently on the website. And I have two questions may need your help and advice.

  1. Could I used your dataset for publish my research papers ? does have any criterial needed?
  2. Am I still allowed to upload my script just for checking and ranking purpose ?

Hi Phoebus,

You may use the dataset in academic research however you like. Regarding the leaderboard, currently there is no ‘open call’ but you could always use the KiTS19 leaderboard for this purpose. If you’d really like a score on KiTS23 in particular, you may send predictions to me at helle246@umn.edu and I will score them.
