You may have noticed some issues with the voxel coordinate system specified by the
affine attribute of the
Nifti1Image objects, first in the initial release (March 15) and then again in the amended release (April 15). My sincere apologies for this. There were errors both in the spacing itself and in the adherence to the standard for how the spacing should be expressed.
I have pushed a third version of the data which finally has the proper spacing saved in a way that is in full compliance with the NIFTI standard. For more information on the issue and the fix, see #8. Thanks so much to everyone that helped in discovering and fixing this issue.
