How to Update the Preliminary Manuscript

Would you please advise on how to update the preliminary version of the manuscripts that were submitted as part of the competition (http://results.kits-challenge.org/miccai2019/) ?

I have noticed that many of the manuscript files have been already updated with the final test results and would like to update ours as well.
