Doubt in Evaluation Metric

In the evaluation metric mentioned here, I can see summation from 0 to 59. I have two questions regarding this metric :

  1. Are those summations for individual slices or individual patients. In other words, is the dice metric computed at a slice level or entire patient level ?

  2. Can you explain more about how the number 60 was chosen ?

Thanks for catching this, it is individual patients and is meant to be a summation between 0 and 89. I’ll fix this early next week.
