I have a question regarding the aggregated AND, OR, MAJ segmentations results. I used ITK to open up and view those files, and I found out they look quite alike. May I ask why we have three options: (AND seg, OR seg and MAJ seg labels) for our challenge? Can I choose one to train our model?

We wanted to include three just to show that there are many possible ways that you could aggregate the individual instance segmentations into a composite. If you decide to use one of these rather than some kind of sampling strategy, I would recommend using the majority voting (MAJ).
