Is it necessary to change the author to Anonymous when submitting the paper. Also, if the Supplementary Material is not submitted, will it have an impact on the submission？

No, it’s okay to include author information in the submission, and supplementary material is not required at this stage. We just want to make sure the items requested in the template are included.
